SUPERVISION
I am registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as a psychological practice supervisor (see the RAPPS register). This means that my qualifications and experience in supervision have been ratified by the BPS as meeting their high standards.

I provide clinical supervision for individual practitioners, groups of practitioners and can be contracted to provide external supervision for your employees.

My supervision approach is relational. I work to create a safe space in which supervisees can explore client work and their process within the therapy; professional development and other aspects of their working life.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
for individuals
I offer clinical supervision to psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors. I can do this face-to-face at my consulting room in Winchester, over the phone or online. In our first session, we'll explore what you need from a supervision space, what's been helpful in your past experiences of supervision and the role supervision plays in your work. We'll develop a contract that reflects your needs, skills and experiences.
As well as exploring your client work in supervision, I believe supervision plays an important role in facilitating self-reflection, process-reflection and professional development.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
for organisations
I've experience in providing clinical supervision to teams and employees in a range of healthcare (and non-healthcare) settings. I can offer group supervision and individual supervision either at your workplace, online or at my clinic space in Central Winchester. I receive supervision of supervision from Dr Linda Charles, a consultant psychologist and leading trainer in clinical supervision.
